What year is this for you in Spectrum Project? 2

What is your first memory of being really excited? The first time I remember being excited was when I got my first dog. I was SO excited that I dropped the poor thing on his head. Maybe that explains why he was the way he was after that.

What three board or card games would you take with you if you were on a deserted island?

Game #1 Yahtzee - There’s nothing more exciting than rolling and getting to scream “YAHTZEE!”

Game #2 Uno - I love throwing down +4 draw cards on someone when they least expect it.

Game #3 I’d say Monopoly but we all know that game never ends well. I think the board would end up in the ocean.

If someone said, "Let's go watch a game!" What kind of game would you hope to go watch? Do video games count?

Have you ever been on a team that played games (e.g., volleyball, swimming, quidditch)? What team was it? Does playing the game we call “Life” count? Kidding! Softball, volleyball and basketball in middle and high school. Go J-Hawks!

What are some small things that make your day better? My black lab who sleeps on my head (Cameron), my chunky seventy-two pound bulldog (Piggy) and dinner (because who doesn’t love food?).

When you were younger, what was something you'd LOVE to play and could do for hours? Super Mario Bros. I’m basically undefeated and always down for a new challenger.

What games did you or do you play on long car trips?

Which do you like better? Hide & seek or sardines? Hide and seek, but only when I’m trying to find them. I always giggle when they get close to my hiding spot so I reveal myself.

What do you want to be when you “grow up”? I’ll be the President of the United States. Mark my words!

Tell us a funny story about play? Not sure if this is funny or embarrassing. But when I was younger I was doing my friend’s hair and imagining that I was a hair stylist. Little did she know, I wasn’t using fake scissors. Yikes!

What’s the best single day on the calendar? December 26th. My birthday. ;)

Favorite video game of all time? Super Mario Bros. Hands down.

If a genie gave you three wishes, what would they be?

Wish #1 My student debt would be paid off (there are a lot of zeros in that number).

Wish #2 An endless supply of chocolate covered strawberries (my guilty pleasure).

Wish #3 Unlimited FREE gas for my car. If prices don’t lower I’m going to have to walk everywhere!

What are you looking forward to in this year's Spectrum Project? I am so excited to dance my heart out and just let loose and have fun with not only my performer but all of them. Being silly is so great!
