What is your first memory of being really excited? One of my first memories of being excited was when I first learned how to ride a bike! My grandma was helping me learn, and I felt really excited when I could balance without her help!

What three board or card games would you take with you if you were on a deserted island?

Game #1: Deck of Cards

If someone said, "Let's go watch a game!" What kind of game would you hope to go watch? I love watching anything sports-related on TV, but one of my favorite things to do is watch an Iowa Hawkeye Football game!

Have you ever been on a team that played games (e.g., volleyball, swimming, quidditch)? What team was it? I’ve been on a lot of teams! I’ve played softball, golf, and volleyball! I’ve also been on dance and cheerleading teams!

What are some small things that make your day better? Calling my mom, dancing around, giving someone a compliment, or getting some fresh air

When you were younger, what was something you'd LOVE to play and could do for hours? I loved getting to be outside at the playground with my friends!

What games did you or do you play on long car trips? Nothing really!

Which do you like better? Hide & seek or sardines? Hide and Seek

What do you want to be when you “grow up”? When I grow up I want to be an Educator. I want to learn from my students, and let them learn from me. Being a teacher is one of the most rewarding jobs, because I can see kids challenge themselves everyday!

Tell us a funny story about play? As a kid, I loved playing outside, and a couple of times my friends and I got into the mud and got super dirty! We called them “mud fights”

What’s the best single day on the calendar? My birthday or Thanksgiving!

Favorite video game of all time? Call of Duty?

If a genie gave you three wishes, what would they be?

Wish #1: Immortality

Wish #3: Never ending pasta bar at my house

What are you looking forward to in this year's Spectrum Project? I’m excited for my first year as a movement director! I want to learn more about inclusive movement and take that to my future classroom!
