Paid workshop opportunities for artists

Spectrum is working with Mortimer Community College to find artists who will deliver workshops for their Arts Week at the beginning of July 2008 – four days of half days workshops.

Proposals are welcomed from artists of all disciplines and backgrounds, and can apply to deliver more than one workshop at arts council rates.

Mortimer Community College is a school with specialist status in the arts. They ran a very successful arts week in 2007, and would like to deliver the most exciting and creative workshops to their pupils to continue the momentum.

HUNDREDS of children in South Tyneside are set to benefit from a £25m scheme to get them involved in the arts.
